AIT is WP2 leader responsible for the state-of-the-art analysis and the conceptual framework working on energy data spaces and data interoperability frameworks. It will also be responsible for the development of the Artificial Intelligence assistant tool.

Ecoserveis is astrategic innovation consultancy specialised in energy, environmental sustainability and social innovation. It offers trainings, solutions and advice to professionals, administrations, companies in the fields of sustainable energy, sustainable mobility, financing, IoT, climate change and environmental protection. The organisation, based in Barcelona, carries out community engagement actions and projects that mobilise social groups to disseminate the advantages of the efficient use of resources and to promote a circular economy.

Ecoserveis acts as the project's climate neutrality advisor and contributes to analysis and conceptualisation activities within CELINE. It coordinates participatory processes at the Spanish demo site and leads the development of learning resources, training, and capacity-building activities. Additionally, as the communication tasks leader, Ecoserveis designs and implements the project's exploitation, dissemination, and sustainability strategies, as well as managing the CELINE Cross-Project Forum.

FBK participates in the analysis and conceptualisation tasks providing specific expertise across the energy domains. It participates in the development of data-driven energy services. It will participates in the design of the participatory and co-design methodology and is responsible for the establishment and consolidation of local energy community in Demo site. It supports co-design and piloting activities in the Italian demo site 3. It also participates in the activities for the definition of the Demo site baseline.

The Smart and Interconnected Living (SAIL) Department within the Faculty of Informatics, Communications and Media is expert in mobile and automotive computing, design of digital products, and energy informatics.

FHOOE will support the focusing on establishing synergies with the EDDIE framework. With their expertise in Data Spaces, Data Marketplace, and real-time data components like AIIDA, FHOOE will be responsible for developing tools to process heterogeneous datasets and participate in the development and integration of the other tools of the CELINE Ecosystem.
Green Land

Located in the Italian Alps , the renewable energy community Green Land aims to achieve a cross-sector digital transformation tailored to mountain community where tourism is the main economic activity Green Land, a renewable energy community (REC) born in April 2023 in Alpe Cimbra, brings together economic, social, and cultural actors to promote energy sustainability. Involving three municipalities for a total of approximatively 5 000 inhabitants, it provides the perfect testbed for experimenting with novel digital and community-led innovations.

City of Lappeenranta

Located in Finland, Lappeenranta Virtual Power Plant provides digital services to empower communities and households. Lappeenranta is a city in Finland with 73,000 inhabitants. The demo site will be based on two distinct building blocks, each with 120 inhabitants.

The city of Lappeenranta will host the third demo site of CELINE.
LUT

Within LUT university, the software engineering (SWE) department includes research into software engineering and communications technologies (e.g., open data), human factors in software engineering, collaborative software engineering, human-data interaction and user centric service design. CODER living lab methodologies are specialised towards co-creation within data-driven environments such as smart cities and will be part of CELINE.

LUT participates in the analysis and conceptualisation tasks. As the WP4 leader responsible for the energy living labs co-innovation methodology and for coordinating the continuous co-design and co-innovation process in all local energy communities. It will also supportsco-design and piloting activities for the Finnish demo site. LUT participates in the activities for the definition of the Demo sites baseline. LUT is the project’s diversity and inclusion advisory responsible also for gender equality.

Supports the integration of technologies, interoperability, and trustworthiness in innovative cyber-physical systems. TRI has leading positions in relevant EU ecosystem (BRIDGE, AIOTI) and in international standardisation bodies (IEC, ISO).

Participates in the analysis and conceptualisation tasks, ensuring interoperability, cybersecurity & privacy, standardisation and cooperation with relevant initiatives (BRIDGE, AIOTI), and is responsible for the legal and policy landscape analysis. It participates in the Ecosystem architecture definition and is responsible for establishing synergies and collaborations within the BRIDGE working groups and with the AOITI initiative outlining standardisation recommendations. Trialog is the CELINE Data Manager.
